Erin Carpenter

Erin has been a freelance makeup artist and hair stylist for over 12 years, though her love for makeup goes back much, much further. When she was 11 she nabbed her mom’s blush and lined up all her girlfriends for her first “beauty party”. Since then, designing and executing makeup and hair for celebrities, brides, fashion shows, and photo shoots has kept the industry fresh and exciting for her.

Erin was the Beauty Editor for the duration of Bamboo Magazine – an online ecologically conscious fashion/beauty/lifestyle magazine. She thoroughly enjoyed producing all beauty content including photography concepts and learned a great deal from the role and the talented professionals she worked with.

Erin’s kit is entirely eco-friendly, choosing sustainable products that are also high-performing. Recently she teamed up with Toronto beauty boutique, Green Beauty, and is now able to offer clients the ability to purchase the gorgeous products she uses.

Erin loves working with different people and personalities, collaborating on set to create beautiful images. For personal beauty, including bridal, Erin prides herself on pairing skill equally with great communication, ensuring a look that is uniquely (and stunningly!) you. With her positive, confident, and easy-going personality, everyone enjoys their time in her chair!

Erin travels primarily within the Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge areas and the GTA.
